Psionicist NWPs

For a variety of reasons, the psionicist NWP list is by far the shortest of the character classes. Because of this, a psionicist may, with the DMs approval, choose one other class NWP group to select from at no penalty. For example, if a psionicist whose primary discipline is psychometabolism and the background and personality of the character is one that would lend itself to fighting, then it would be appropriate for the character to also be able to select warrior NWPs. If a second NWP group is chosen, the character must pay triple the normal penalty to take NWPs from other groups.
